Police have launched an ‘unexplained death’ probe after the body of a young man was found at a property in Fife
. Emergency services were called to the scene on Wemyss Street in Rosyth at around 9.30am on Friday, September 23.
On arrival, officers found a 32-year-old man had passed away. His death is currently being treated as unexplained however, there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances. An investigation remains ongoing with officers remaining at the scene throughout the day. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal as is the case with all sudden deaths.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called at around 9.30am on Friday, 23 September, 2022 to a report of a death at a property on Wemyss Street, Rosyth.Top news stories today "The death is currently being treated as unexplained, but there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
