Freya Murphy passed away at Glasgow's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital on July 28, 2018.
Freya's exact age and the cause of her death are not known.
However, the circumstances surrounding what happened are due to be examined at a fatal accident inquiry at Glasgow Sheriff Court next year.A preliminary hearing took place today before Sheriff Andrew Mackie. Fiscal Richard Hill told the court: "I am aware there are a couple of outstanding matters that may be required to be clarified and productions to be obtained.Lawyer Alan Rodgers was at the hearing acting on behalf of Freya's parents Martin and Karen Murphy.
Mark Fitzpatrick, representing the NHS, told the hearing that representation will"perhaps" be sought for two additional clinicians.Sheriff Mackie fixed a further preliminary hearing for November.
