The new Lancashire plant and flower nursery there's a real buzz around - and it's cheap, too
"I have been visiting greenhouses since the day I was born" says Rossi Forrester, with a wry smile, only-half joking. The 19-year-old from Ormskirk grew up in a family of horticulturists and it was almost inevitable that his future career would be rooted in something green fingered, too.
"They'd drive past and see the sign and wonder what was going on. The nursery is named after my baby niece, Paloma. He may be only be 19, but Rossi is impressively knowledgeable and also understandably passionate about the project in front of him, which could be daunting for others his age. However, being around plants and flowers is all he and his family have known, with his sister also opening her own garden centre.
