Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has revealed Stuart Dallas suffered a "little setback" in training.
The Northern Ireland international has been missing since April 2022 when he broke his leg against Manchester City at Elland Road. It has been a lengthy spell on the sidelines for the former Crusaders man, who has now returned to some individual rehabilitation.Leeds boss Farke said this week: "Stuart Dallas has joined us in team training already in the last days. He had to return back to individual training so he'll be back in team training in the next days. Like I mentioned, it'll last a few weeks until he's really a topic for selection.
"Yes there was a little setback in training and for that he had to return to individual rehab work, but in the next couple of days he'll return back to team training. Again, it will last a while until he's back for team selection but it's good he's that close again.Dallas recently said he was closing in on a return for Leeds after dismissing rumours that his career could be under threat because of the injury.
