The 18th Century former salmon fishing lodge overlooks the River Wye, close to the Gloucestershire border. Mr Morgan, who bought the property in 2002, said the house was prefabricated and displayed in the Ideal Homes Exhibition in the 1910s.He added that only the external part of the house was featured in Sex Education, including the deck and front door.Estate agent James Toogood oversees the Knight Frank branch in Bristol and is managing the sale of the property.
