Overflowing bins have been driving residents “mad” in three blocks of flats in South Oxhey.
There have been complaints from people living in the area, which has led Steve Cox, councillor for South Oxhey, to report the issue to Three Rivers District Council. “The council cannot solve this themselves. They need to work in conjunction with the company who owns the flats.”
