Dinelson Lamet’s time with the Red Sox looks like it’ll be incredibly short.
Two days after he was added to the team’s active roster, Lamet was designated for assignment on Wednesday during a slew of roster moves,Boston also activated righty Kyle Barraclough and recalled left-hander Brandon Walter from Triple-A Worcester, while righty Nick Robertson was sent to Triple-A.
