Many celebrities took to social media after the Channel 4 Dispatches show aired.

Piers Morgan and Mock the Week star Jo Caulfield are among the celebrities reacting to allegations comedian Russell Brand is facing after he was accused of rape, sexual assaults and emotional abuse from 2006 to 2013.

However, after the bombshell documentary, in which the TV star was branded a 'devil', a 'groomer' and a 'narcissist' by his alleged victims, comedian Jo Caulfield claimed "people could have stopped" the actor, writes the Mirror. The Dispatches documentary alleged that Brand left some Channel 4 staff working with him "in tears", with his behaviour towards young women allegedly 'raising questions' during his time as the host of Big Brother's Big Mouth in 2004.

Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu also shared her thoughts, writing: "Watching Channel 4 #Dispatches allegations on Russell Brand and I feel sick. His alleged behaviour is predatory, narcissistic & abusive. An abuse of power with girls enabled by TV Networks & those working with him. The allegations show #RussellBrand to be: A Sick Sick B*****d."
