The Panama City Improvement Board is in the process of forming an open container ordinance.

PANAMA CITY, Fla. - Panama City may soon be giving more freedom to its residents and visitors when it comes to carrying and drinking alcohol beverages in the downtown area. The Panama City Downtown Improvement Board is in the process of drafting a new open container ordinance.
