A Co Tyrone man’s impressive weight loss journey has seen him complete a major milestone of meeting the Mullaghcarn Giant.
Ian made it a goal of his to be able to make the challenging climb to the top of Mullaghcarn, but recognised that he needed to lose weight to do so. “Huge congratulations to our service user Ian Martin who successfully completed his own personal goal of losing 3.5 stone and climbing Mullaghcarn, Gortin Glen Forest Park, Omagh to see ‘The Giant’,” Avril said.
