Kirsty and Gary Fitzwater have received an apology from the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, who have launched an investigation into the shocking incident.
A furious Scots mum has spoken out after a nurse left an accidental voicemail slating the family home and calling her "a nightmare".
The couple, from Glenrothes, Fife, say their trust has now been broken after allowing the team into their property to help them care for their ill toddler Sophie, two. “These are people who are being paid to help and support our family with our daughter, who has a number of serious health conditions. We trusted and welcomed them into our home for them to then sit there and slate us and our house.
Another replies: “Oh nut she’s a nightmare.” The first nurse states: “And I’m no phoning Gary.” Referring to the couple’s pets, she then adds: “The dog’s are horrible. They’re big things. Snottering eurgh. Yuck. They’re no cute.”
