Fir Park gaffer Stuart Kettlewell wants the Wishaw teen to stay at the club long term
The 17-year-old midfielder burst onto the first team scene last season and he has made himself a regular for the Steelmen this term.
“This is a brilliant place for him to be. Lennon has never made a secret of the fact he really enjoys his football here. Just over a year ago Stevie Hammell and Alan Burrows signed him on a three-year deal which was the maximum for his age. “When you get criticised for young players leaving before you think you can profit from them more then it’s not always down to the club. Sometimes you do everything possible to keep the player.”
But Miller - who returns from suspension for tomorrow night's Premiership clash with Aberdeen - isn't the only Fir Park youngster impressing right now.And Kettlewell said: “My boy Ethan goes to the same performance school Luca went to and he said ‘Luca didn’t look like he knew what to do when he put the ball in the back of the net!’
