The Mayo Chicken, already a beloved staple on the Saver Menu, now joins the Happy Meal menu. Also joining are the Fish Bites, five bite-sized pollock pieces in a crispy panko breadcrumb coating, served with a choice of dip - BBQ, sweet and sour, sweet curry or ketchup.Fish Bites will also be available as a side dish in a serving of nine on the main menu.
LancsLive's sister title the ECHO was among the first to sample the new menu at Formby's eatery and discovered a new menu favourite - the Fish Bites. Reporter Kate Lally found them to be scrumptious, with the filling being flaky and moist, perfectly balanced by the crispy coating.
