A New Jersey man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder for firing a gun during a fight near basketball courts and toward an occupied home in separate incidents in Asbury Park.
Kwalsky Narcisse, 24, of Neptune City, is also charged with conspiracy to commit murder, theft and several weapons offenses, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said Thursday. No one was injured in either shooting. Narcisse has been sought since investigators determined he shot at a home on the 100 block of Ridge Avenue around 1:15 a.m. on May 11, officials said. Narcisse and others fled in a stolen vehicle.
The first shooting took place nearly a year-and-a half earlier on Oct. 1, 2021, when investigators say Narcisse shot a gun at about 11:30 p.m. near basketball courts off Prospect Avenue.
