Homeowners have praised life within a ‘friendly’ community on a brand new estate in Ruddington. Neighbours describe the Lace Fields development as ‘peaceful’ and described how they have ‘no regrets’ moving there.
Bhavna Passon, 34, who moved to Ruddington from London, she said: “It’s quite nice, very peaceful. People are very considerate and polite. It’s nice. It’s just really nice and no one really bothers anyone.” Another resident, Jill McQueen, said: “It helps that we have a Facebook page, she welcomes people and every now and then there will be a meet up. It’s really nice. It’s got a really nice community feel. We’ve joined the park run. It's just a really great estate. We love it.”
