A dispatcher in Houston allegedly fell asleep during the middle of a 911 call. The last thing anyone wants to hear in an emergency is snoring.
"I was walking my dog around the block from my home and I came across a person that was in distress," Gonzales said.In the recording, you can hear the call taker snoring when the caller says, "Hello?" and then the call taker asks again, "Yes, Houston 911. Do you need medical, police, or fire?"
