It is a big change for the popular bar
Max's Bar & Grill on Queen Street is known for its burgers, chicken wings, loaded fries and more.
But the team is making a huge change to their food service and will be saying goodbye to their kitchen on Sunday, May 21.A new brand will be taking over the kitchen in the next few weeks.Kitchen staff will keep their jobs or be able to move within the company, and the change will also mean that more staff can be hired.
Dario Bernardi from Max's Bar said:"Having run our own kitchen for the past 14 years, serving customers popular dishes including Max's 2-4-1 pizzas and the ever-sought-after Chicken in a Basket, we are a little sad to say goodbye to operating it ourselves. "But, the good news is that we will be welcoming an exciting brand to take over Max's kitchen - offering our customers mouth-watering meals in the next few weeks."For business and for our staff this is the right move, and all existing kitchen staff will either move around the company or keep their existing jobs."We look forward to welcoming all our customers this week, and showing them what we've got planned in the very near future.
