Fiona Kennedy has spent two years perfecting her unique digs to fit in with her “weird” vibe that helps her feel creative.
She is now daring others to “experiment” with their home decor instead of playing it safe, and explained why it is important for her to keep things “eccentric”.Fiona said: “When I first moved in it was all grey carpets and white walls, that stressed me out because I don’t like blank walls, I need colour.“I’m not into the ‘live laugh love aesthetic’ at all, I prefer a much weirder vibe.
“My job is very creative, so I look for inspiration in my surroundings which means it is important for me to have a colourful eccentric space at home.”Fiona is a first-time buyer and has been working on her one bed flat since March 2021.
