Diet and weight loss expert doctor Michael Mosley has shared three fruits people should avoid if they're trying to lose a few pounds.
Though snacking on fruit is usually encouraged for dieters, Dr Michael suggests there are some slimmers should "avoid", the ExpressFruits such as pineapple, mango and melon may be delicious, but these "sweet" treats should be limited, he said. Instead, the weight loss expert revealed that slimmers should be enjoying berries, apples and pears.
Dessert does not have to be totally banished however, with the expert recommending a square of dark chocolate or berries.
