Michael Holt made a mistake before bed that he would regret for years to come
In 2015 Michael Holt accidentally took two insulin shots before going to bed. The type one diabetic fell asleep but his wife Lin was woken up to Michael foaming at the mouth.
“For some reason, I decided to put my hands on my collarbone and I burrowed into my skin and pulled it apart… My wife heard the noise and thought I was ripping the bed linen.” "I have always looked after myself and when I recovered started thinking about challenging myself to prove that I could do it.
