The Blades won 7-0, giving them a third straight Western Hockey League victory and running their season record to 5-2. They’ve outscored opponents 18-4 during the three-game streak.Forward Easton Armstrong, acquired from the Wenatchee Wild on Tuesday, scored a goal for the Blades in his debut with the team. Vaughn Watterodt, Tanner Moldendyk, Trevor Wong, Brandon Lisowsky, Egor Sidorov and Lukas Hansen also scored for Saskatoon.
Defenceman Grayden Siepmann, added Tuesday in a trade with the Calgary Hitmen, picked up an assist in his first contest with the Blades.Next up on the Blades’ schedule is a Saturday-night game at SaskTel Centre against visiting Calgary, followed by a Sunday contest in Prince Albert against the Raiders.
