To celebrate Princess Charlotte's seventh birthday tomorrow, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have shared three new photos of the young princess. Photographed by the Duchess:
on 23 April, Kate and William released four joyful images of their youngest child racing along the beach in Norfolk with a wide grin, and pausing with a red cricket ball in one hand. A close-up portrait found him sweetly looking up at the camera and laughing, milk teeth on display.Less than a fortnight later, celebrations are taking place in the Cambridge household once again, this time to mark Princess Charlotte’s birthday – she turns seven on 2 May.
The Duke and Duchess shared three new portraits of their daughter, who is seen sitting in a field full of bluebells wearing a cornflower-blue cable knit jumper over a collared blouse, and beaming for the camera. In one of the pictures, which were taken by Kate in Norfolk at the weekend, Charlotte is cuddling the Cambridge family dog, a black spaniel, which was a gift from the Duchess’s brother, James Middleton.
