The engaged couple teamed up for a new thriller, in theaters Aug. 23.
In the upcoming movie -- in theaters Aug. 23 -- Tatum plays a tech mogul, Slater King, who is notorious for throwing long, lavish parties on his private island.stars as Frida, a cocktail waitress who is obsessed with Slater, and manages to score an invite to one of his parties, dragging along her friend Jess to join in on the lavish festivities.
But things soon start to take a turn for the strange, and Jess worries that there's"something rank" about the tropical destination -- where they have their phones taken away upon arrival. A large knife is lost and mysteriously reappears, guests end up with unexplained injuries, and when Frida notices Jess is missing, no one seems to remember who she was.
"I'm having a great time here," another of Slater's guests, Sara , tells Frida."But I also have this feeling that I'm, like... not."Watch the full trailer below:Pussy IslandHowever, they both took to Instagram in January to share behind-the-scenes photos from the film, including rare shots of one another.
"MISS DIRECTOR LADY HERSELF IN ACTION!! ABSOLUTELY CRUSHING IT. CAN’T WAIT FOR YALL TO SEE," Tatum proudly captioned his pics, while Kravitz simple wrote,"#BLINKTWICE in theaters august 23rd 🌴.""We're doing some really, really cool stuff," he noted of the film."It's super stylized and yet really fun, but has a very deep and I think a shocking sort of message at some point.
