The plot sees Alley assigned to help the infamous drug fiend Walker settle down to work on his long-promised latest piece, but she soon finds that a lifetime of chronic substance abuse has corroded his ability at the typewriter.
Gradually, she manages to transform Walker's ranting and raving into publishable material by running it through the filter of her own mind, which forsakes her morals but keeps his career alive.You seasons 1-3, and the first part of season 4, are streaming on Netflix. Season 4 part 2 will premiere on March 9, 2023.
