A watchdog is concerned 'people couldn't access services' at two Yorkshire hospitals when needed.
The trust said it accepted the findings and recognised that "we have much more work to do"Maternity services at two hospitals in North Yorkshire have been rated as inadequate by a watchdog.
At York, they also found "significant concerns" with security tagging of new-born babies and its emergency call system. Ms Dronsfield said people using the trust's services were "being put at risk of harm from a lack of good processes".
