Pereira and Peraza will now have an opportunity to play virtually every game the rest of the way, developing at the big-league level while showing why they deserve a starting spot next spring. Carlos Rodón was also reinstated from the injured list on Tuesday. He’ll start on Tuesday night against the Nationals, looking to finish the season strong after missing a few turns through the rotation with a hamstring strain.
