Wynn Resorts won’t appeal a decision by Massachusetts regulators but says it doesn’t believe CEO Matt Maddox violated company policy
Wynn Resorts Ltd. said it would not appeal a decision from Massachusetts regulators after a review of how the company handled sexual-misconduct allegations against its founder and former chief executive Steve Wynn.
Wynn Resorts’ board said Tuesday the company paid a $35 million fine and a separate $500,000 fine levied by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission against Matt Maddox.
