They are carrying out work on the house
A husband and wife have got into a disagreement over whether to allow tradespeople to use the toilet in their home, and it's sparked a heated debate online. The couple are having work done to the outside walls of their property and have contractors at the house during the day while they are out at work.
Taking to Reddit, the man, who remained anonymous, wrote: "We have contractors coming to do some retaining walls on our property which will take around two weeks. My wife and I will be at work while they are here and my wife basically refuses to let anyone inside the house while we aren't home.
One person was sympathetic with the wife and wrote: "This is definitely a Portaloo situation. If they hadn't cost it in, I'd wonder why. You can't expect someone to leave the house open for two weeks."
