Woman in her 30s is detained under Mental Health act after child was found dead in house
A woman in her 30s was yesterday detained in Oldham, Greater Manchester. Neighbours had said a mother could be heard shouting 'he can't breathe'. Police have said that a child was 'sadly pronounced dead at the scene'.
