A woman is under arrest after a crime spree that included setting a pride flag on fire outside a SoHo restaurant, police said.
According to police, Angelina Cando, 30, faces several charges, including arson, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment – all as hate crimes.

A passenger got out of the vehicle and approached the flag, which said "Make America Gay Again."The suspect then used a lighter to set the flag hanging in front of the location on fire, police said. The fire spread, causing exterior damage to the building.
