Woman charged with attempted murder after woman stabbed with bottle
A WOMAN has been charged with attempted murder after another woman was found stabbed with a broken glass bottle.
Shelley Hill will appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court today, after a woman was rushed to hospital on Friday evening.Police and the East Midlands Ambulance Service rushed the victim, also in her 40s, to the hospital, has been charged with attempted murder following an altercation in Yeoman Street, Leicester.
Leicestershire Police and the East Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the scene just before 6.10pm.Detective Sergeant Nick Woodrow said: “We have carried out a number of enquiries but our investigation into this incident is still continuing.
