Re “The ‘woke mind virus’ continues to ravage our culture” :
The point of the rewrite-by-committee was to soften or eliminate descriptions of characters being fat, short, ugly, etc. Some of the changes were truly laughable. It’s extremely problematic to rewrite books that may offend current readers, and a bad road to go down. Doug McIntyre has erred in his assumption of what Fox News journalists discussed by private communication. Private, mind you. Their texts were mostly directed toward how the voting system was changed, due to a politically motivated COVID virus. McIntyre’s opinion is politically motivated, too.
