Properties in Devizes are raided in the hope of disrupting the supply of Class A drugs.
Police have recovered cocaine, mobile phones and cash in a raid aimed at disrupting the supply of Class A drugs.Firearms officers and police dogs assisted the search. No immediate arrests were made, police said.
Sgt Chris Wickham led the Wiltshire Police team which searched the properties after local magistrates granted the force warrants.He said that "evidence gathering" had gone well and a significant quantity of white powder, suspected to be cocaine, was found at a property in Eastleigh Road. "The impact of drug dealing and drug use on communities causes no end of anti-social behaviour," he added.
Mr Wilkinson spoke to officers at the start of the operational briefing and joined them at one of the properties."This will have a serious negative effect on individuals and country lines and all the harm caused."
