Mary Turner Thomson met Jordan online in 2000. They married and were together for six years and had two children. Ms Thomson eventually discovered the deception, but not before he scammed her out of close to £200,000.Jordan had once been married to two women simultaneously in Britain, one of whom was Ms Thomson, telling them both that the “other Mrs Jordan” was not a real wife but an undercover agent.
Jordan spun her a yarn that she had to have security clearance because of his job. She would go on to transfer $1,300 during the “security clearance process” to various “British men” she spoke to on the phone. She now believes this was Jordan impersonating the various callers. She had nagging doubts about him but was in love. When she fell pregnant with his child, however, he became distant.It was when Jordan left his wallet unattended – something he never did – that Mischele decided to look inside. In the wallet she found out the shocking truth – there was an immigration card with the name William Allen Jordan. Her partner was not who he said he was.She eventually plucked up the courage to google his name and discovered his sickening past.
