Opinion: The most intimidating thing Arizona voters face is not election deniers. It's a huge number of circles that need to be filled in with care.
Besides all the other voting challenges, the one that hasn’t been mentioned is the length of the ballot.
How is this going to work on Election Day? Will there be enough voting booths to accommodate people who may be looking at the information for the first time? Whether you like her politics or not, you should recognize her seriousness as both a state legislator and, more recently, as our secretary of state. She has shown a commitment to her work, the letter and intent of the law and the people she has served. As secretary, she represented all the people of Arizona.
Take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Even if you can only support Hobbs as the anti-Lake candidate, do it. Our democracy and state truly depend on your vote.The one thing voters of all kinds recognize and despise: A politician that says or promises one thing and delivers another. They claim the border is secure and they are doing all they can to reverse illegal immigration, while it is obvious the border is open.
Whether voters are sophisticated observers or just ordinary Americans, they can see and feel the deception. They know when they are being lied to. Voters despise this and will vote against it overwhelmingly.With the open border policy the Biden administration has perpetuated, large numbers of immigrants have crossed into the United States. At the very least, a large majority have fled socialist or Marxist governments in Central and South America.
