Fitness in Tribeca has never looked or felt better.
“We treat Little League baseball players, and Pop Warner, high school, and college football players to weekend warriors, as well as the general population who is looking for a little bit more of a scientific approach to their health care,” said Michael Greene, director of performance science at Theradynamics.
Greene recommends both athletes and non-athletes check out Theradynamics’ free assessment trial at the new flagship. There, they’ll meet Theradynamics’ physical therapists, occupational therapists, performance enhancement specialists, certified strength coaches, and personal trainers. “Basically all the benefits of the hot saunas without that uncomfortable feeling,” Greene said. “A lot of our clients will come in, put the compression massage on and just zen out.”
There is currently a founder’s membership special offered at $249 a month. The membership itself isn’t covered by insurance, but Theradynamics does acceptfrom Aetna, Cigna, Department of Labor, Fidelis, Health First, Medicaid, Medicare, United Health Care, among others.
