What is Prime drink? Prime is the brand name for a line of drinks created in early 2022 by Logan Paul, an American social media influencer and wrestler, and KSI, the UK influencer and CEO of @misfitsboxing, along with Congo Brands, which supplies and distributes it. The drink is available in the UK and the US. However there are two kinds of Prime drink … and one is a kind of drink that health experts warn parents about.

A notice on the official Prime site says: PRIME Energy is not recommended for children under the age of 18, women who are pregnant or nursing or individuals who are sensitive to caffeine. What are the flavours of Prime? One of the most important things to fans of Prime is getting the right flavours. You can find all the latest flavours of Prime here, including limited edition flavours and bottles.

‘They annoy me a lot, but I also love them. So much. I love being around them because I love seeing them learn and I’m teaching them and they’re evolving and growing and it’s wonderful just seeing that my personality and my sort of DNA is rubbing off on them a little bit.‘My kids are nurturing’ Joe revealed how excited his two eldest children — Indie, 5, Marley, 4 — are about another brother or sister arriving and says he’s hoping their youngest, 18-month-old Leni, will adjust to the transition.

‘I want to scream and shout’ He may like chaos, but Joe Wicks seems like a very chilled out parent to us. He told podcast hosts Wendy Golledge and Alison Perry that while he does practice gentle parenting, it’s not something that comes naturally to him, due to the way he was brought up. ‘So in my head, I’m screaming and shouting to my kids, but I try my best to kind of have a breath, trying to sort of have a moment, and then I obviously try and react differently.’

‘And so I see the impact that role modelling has on children. And I know it’s hard when you’re really busy and you’ve got loads going on, but you’ve got to find those little 10-15 minutes windows to get your kids doing something that’s active, that’s physical. I really think it’s so important, the role modelling side of it.’

Each week we bring you a terrific lineup with guests talking all about parenting, celebrity, money and much much more.It might sound too good to be true but Aldi is recruiting shoppers to try its wine – for free. The budget supermarket is known for selling quality wine at bargain prices, with a number of its tipples gaining gold, silver and bronze medals at prestigious wine awards.

All they need to do in exchange is post an honest review of the wine on their social media channels using the hashtag #AldiWineClub. ‘It helps the buying team shape wine ranges into what they are – great tasting, award-winning, delivering on both quality and price. We look forward to welcoming the next thirty Aldi Wine Club members on board.’

3. Sniff: ‘You don’t really taste wine, you smell wine – so this stage is important,’ says Sam. ‘Take short, sharp sniffs rather than breathing in deeply for a long time.’ The thrifty mum says, ‘Heat them fully and place in a flask that has been heated with boiling water and pop the hot dogs in.’ For anyone wondering if the hot dogs and cheesy nachos transported and lasted OK before they were eaten, Casey says:Casey says that together with taking their own drinks and sweets, they saved over £70. ‘If you go to the cinema five times a year, you could be saving £350!’ she says.

Others questioned whether you’re allowed to take food into UK cinemas. Casey replied to one comment saying: ‘Vue, Cineworld and Odeon You can take stuff in they do say no hot food because of the smell but they serve stuff like this.’CHAT: Your best money-saving tips and ideasIf you’re on the fence about whether West End shows are for you, then keep in mind that they’re not all musical performances filled with glittery costumes and Disney soundtracks.

Opt for these tickets Witness for the Protection is a theatre performance which takes place on London’s South Bank. ‘Very few people guessed correctly’ You find yourself acting like a sleuth looking for clues throughout the performance. Tickets for Witness for the Prosecution start at £64 for courtroom stall tickets, £15 for gallery tickets and £140 for VIP juror tickets.

‘Parents should act now’ The government has announced today that applications for the second phase of the expansion of free childcare will open on 12 May, and the DfE is encouraging parents to act as quickly as they can to secure a childcare place for their child in September. So, currently with the free hours only available to two-year-olds, you could have applied from when your child was 1 year and 36 weeks old, but this will change with the larger-scale September roll-out of childcare.

A DfE spokesperson said: ‘Children become eligible for a free early education place at different points in the year, depending on when the child turns the relevant age.‘Parents are only able to claim the entitlements from the term after because this gives local authorities enough time to prepare and offer adequate early years places for parents every term, since they can anticipate when children will start using a place.

If you’re already registered for tax-free childcare, then to get your code you’ll need to wait for your ‘reconfirmation window’ to open. Every three months, working parents are asked to reconfirm their details to ensure their circumstances are the same. When you’re next eligible to do this, you will then automatically be issued your code to pass on to your childcare provider.

‘Local authorities are continuing to work closely with providers to make sure there are enough places for those who need them. Parents can apply for codes for September until 31 August, and the government has urged providers to communicate available government-funded places as soon as possible. How much does brow lamination cost? Brow lamination can cost anywhere between £45 and £100. Prices will vary depending on where you’re based, who performs the treatment and if they charge extra for any add-ons, like tinting.

I was also told to wash them in the shower with shampoo, to make sure there wasn’t a build-up of oil.‘Felt instantly prettier’ I didn’t think brow lamination would work for me. Like most women my age, my brows were over-plucked in the 90s, for at least a decade, and I don’t think they’ve ever fully recovered! But the more before and after pics I saw on Insta, the more I wanted to give it a try.

Things to note Before your appointment avoid prescription retinoids for at least two weeks, and any medical-grade chemical peels and microblading for one month prior to your appointment.Families on Universal Credit to be £470 better off within weeks Realistically you could end it and then end up with somebody else who does something else to annoy you which is why you should always try and work on things before you completely shut it off.

‘My son’s hamster died, is it okay to replace with another and not tell him?’ Dani says: ‘No – the death of a pet can sometimes be the first time a child will have had to deal with bereavement and it can help them learn how to deal with other losses through their life. Depending how old your son is will depend on how and what you tell him.

‘I’ve not gone back to work after mat leave but my friends have. They are using me for free childcare – how do I say I’ve had enough?’ Dani says: ‘My initial thought was, are you now a nursery?! I can see how you have probably got yourself in this situation because you clearly are a very kind and caring person to your friends, but you can NOT have the micky taken out of you.

‘My mate wants us to get our teeth done in Turkey – should I go?’ Dani says: ‘Whenever I see about getting any treatments abroad, I always get a little bit nervous! Now, I’m not saying that they aren’t professionally trained or amazing at what they do. But I used to be a dental nurse and I have seen a lot of teeth that have gone wrong from treatments abroad.

Many of us will look at the superstar and wonder how she can feel like that when she is ultra successful. But she has revealed her career ‘stalled’ when she became a mother.‘I love them and they complete me, but in terms of pop stardom, they totally ruined it.’ At the age of 28 I was a child-free journalist on one of the biggest daily newspapers in the country. I had just started my training to work on the news desk as Assistant News Editor. This job would have seen me helping lead a newsroom of 20-odd news reporters and having a big role in the production of the newspaper.I then fell pregnant and after I had my son, I took 14 months off on maternity leave.

The newsdesk job I’d wanted was a five day a week role, working shifts and weekends, working 12 hour days and, put simply, I couldn’t and didn’t want to do it while I had a baby. One year merged into the next and it wasn’t until my children were coming towards the end of their primary school years in 2021 that I went full time. But in order to do that, I left my job which involved shift and weekend working for a 9-5, Monday to Friday role – at HOME!I watched for years as countless childless colleagues came and left to move to London to work on the nationals – a natural progression that simply wasn’t do-able with young kids.

I’m now in a job I love and I’m not bitter in any way, I’m just stating the facts. My personal experience means I totally agree with Lily Allen. Kids do ruin your career – but as I’m finding out, there’s always time to catch up later. They always tell you that when you’re a writer you need a niche, but I’d never found mine. I wrote about all kinds of things from whisky to weatherboarding your property, and although I enjoyed the variety, the freelancers I followed online all seemed to have carved out their own specialist subjects.

However, because my son spent his first month in hospital, I had a lot of thinking time and I was able to start working on ideas for articles and pitching them to editors. Without meaning to, I’d added another specialist subject to my repertoire – being a neonatal mum. Little Simz, Idles, Avril Lavigne, Jessie Ware, Disclosure, Janelle Monae, Cyndi Lauper, Burna Boy and Camila Cabello also feature – plus lots more.
