We tried Leeds' new bubble tea cafe where people queue out of the door to give it a try
A new bubble tea cafe has come to Leeds, adding to the numerous spots located across the city. Over the past few years bubble or boba tea has become very popular, if you don't know, bubble tea is a flavoured milk tea with little flavoured boba - tapioca - pearls at the bottom, complete with some form of topping.
I didn't know what the percentages really meant so asked some friends, basically 100 percent is the standard, if you want less sugar and less ice you go down the list. Once I had my tea and a big old straw I had my first taste. I was worried after choosing 100 percent sugar that it would be too sweet but no, 100 percent is the standard and it was pleasant, really pleasant.
