So when the sun was briefly shining recently – through what felt like a month of rain – we decided to do just that and headed to Troon and tried out a wee chippy that people are more than happy to travel for .
Right next to Barassie Beach, we decided to eat in the car looking out to Arran, it was a pretty spectacular evening.With plenty of incredible fish choices such as Monkfish, Sole and Cod, we opted for a traditional haddock and the hake, while the King Prawn Tempura was also calling our names.
