She shared a photo of herself smiling widely on holiday, looking tanned in a green shirt and matching shorts, alongside the birthday boy. Her friend, former The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley, commented: "Happy birthday gorgeous boy."natashasjoysoflife wrote: "Ahhh I remember seeing you in Mamas n Papas in Speke when you was pregnant with him. I was pregnant at same time!! Time flies don't it!!! We are too young to have teenage boys.
Instagram Harrisonshelly431 said: "Wow a teenager already that's flown by happy 13th birthday Kai." And gillihunt said about the sweet photo: "It’s so weird when your children become as tall as you … actually in my case it didn’t take to long. Lol." Earlier this year Kai Rooney signed a sportswear sponsorship deal with Puma at just 12-years-old. The budding young footballer is following in the footsteps of his famous father who was the face of Nike’s football promotions during his playing days.
