The city of Waukesha, Wisconsin, had a parade on Monday to mark the Memorial Day holiday. It was the city's first parade since the domestic terrorist attack in which a man drove a car into a crowd, killing six people during a Christmas parade in November. Two other terrorist attacks — one in Buffalo, New York, and one in Uvalde, Texas — have happened since then, and President Joe Biden has visited each city. Yet .
"Obviously, any president going to visit a community requires a lot of assets ... requires taking their resources," White House press secretary Jen Psaki said at the time. Apparently, the concern over resources didn’t matter for Buffalo or Uvalde. Simply put, Biden thinks he can benefit politically by visiting minority victims instead of white ones.
