The Warriors said in a statement that they’ve had “productive conversations” with the WNBA over the last year-plus.
The Warriors remain eager in their pursuit to bring a WNBA team to the Bay Area but an agreement has yet to be finalized.
But a team spokesperson said Tuesday evening those “productive conversations” have yet to materialize into an actual deal.
