Child's father pretended he was a police officer before choking his ex into unconsciousness and leaving with their child, police say. Officials ask the community to look at and share the photos to help find the missing girl.
Fort Worth Chief of Police Neil Noakes said Friday they were looking for 26-year-old Lancelot Zaire Dawkins in connection with the abduction of Harmony Rodriguez.
Noakes said Dawkins is the child's non-custodial father and has a history of domestic violence. An emergency protective order is in place that demanded Dawkins not contact the mother or child. The chief said Dawkins bonded out of jail Thursday on a domestic violence charge.
