The company, Bonaventure, broke ground on the 350-unit Attain at Bradford Creek at 556 Martin Road community last week. “It’s the quality and caliber of the workforce there,” Bonaventure founder and CEO Dwight Dunton said of the incentive to build an apartment community here. “It’s still very affordable by standards of other markets. It’s got a great quality of life, and good school systems for families.”Attain at Bradford Creek’s first units will be delivered in March of 2024, with the full project expected to be completed by the end of September 2024.
