A massive car club meet-up on the southside of Jacksonville on Saturday night stalled traffic as cars were seen doing burnouts and donuts on the road.
A woman, who wants to remain anonymous said the street takeovers happen nearly every weekend. She said she has reported the meet-ups to the police. Another video of the chaos in a nearby shopping center sent to News4JAX was recorded by Instagram user.
