Victoria Beckham couldn't resist poking fun at her husband David when the former England Captain ditched his shirt for an intense workout session with trainer Bobby Rich
Victoria Beckham delighted her fans on Saturday as she openly poked fun at husband David during a lowkey couples' workout session together.
“While one of us works really hard… the other one looks great not doing much,” wrote the star, as she continued to enjoy her own workout in a casual all black ensemble. The adorable moment came as the sport loving pair enjoyed an intense workout with personal trainer Bobby Rich, who quickly pushed both stars with a sweat inducing, but highly enjoyable workout session.
Up until 2019, Victoria had been doing the same 90 minutes workout every day, but over time the lasting benefits were becoming less and less obvious. In addition, Victoria is also said to be a huge fan of pilates, yet while her exercise regime now has a lot more variety, by her own admission, Victoria still maintains a fairly strict and rigid diet.
