They each want to represent Council District 6, which serves residents in Arleta, Lake Balboa, North Hills, North Hollywood, Panorama City, Sun Valley and Van Nuys.. Applications are also available at most government buildings, including post offices, libraries, the Department of Motor Vehicles and L.A. County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk offices.
Those who register to vote by Monday will be sent a vote-by-mail ballot.
