Cumberland County saw the most snow south of Interstate 80, according to early reported totals.
Snow falls on Harrisburg area, Dec. 27After a morning of winter weather dropping snow, sleet and ice across central Pennsylvania, many areas reported at least an inch of snowfall by mid-afternoon.
Cumberland and McKean counties came next, with areas reporting 2.5 inches of snow, in Newville and Mount Jewett respectively, the NWS said. Parts of Adams and York counties reported 1.5 inches or more, while Lancaster, other areas of Cumberland and Perry counties all reported an inch of snowfall.had not been reported as of 3:45 p.m.
