There was disappointment for Irish fighters Caolan Loughran and Rhys McKee on Saturday night at UFC Paris.McKee went down 30-27, 29-28 to Ange Loosa following a bruising battle over three rounds, while all three judges scored Loughran's bout with Taylor Lapilus 29-28 in favour of the Frenchman.Both fights were played out in front of an incredible partisan atmosphere inside the Accor Arena.
He said: "We knew Rhys McKee was tough, but we were ready for anything. In the second round I thought I was going to finish him, and I didn't expect him to be as tough.Meanwhile, Tyrone bantamweight Loughran suffered his first defeat as a professional as he made his UFC debut against home favourite Lapilus.
