Lifeboats were called to the incident following reports that two young girls had become stranded on Coney Island at around 10.54am on Sunday, April 9.
A spokesperson for Lough Neagh Rescue said: "Lifeboats tasked at 10.54 to reports of two young girls stranded on Coney Island.
